Construction
As construction begins, the hard work turns into reality. By this stage, you have made most of the crucial decisions regarding your home. We will meet regularly to lay out your home and select final finishes, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations. Throughout the process, we explain construction steps, keeping lines of communication open and answering any questions that may arise.
Step 5:
Move-In
Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to familiarize you with your new home's systems, functions, and features. We will ensure you have all the information needed for ongoing maintenance before handing you the keys to your dream home.
